Conditions of Use

1. Your Account

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.  You are responsible for restricting access to your device to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities which occur under your account or password. You should ensure that the password is kept confidential and should inform us straight away if you think that your password has become known to anyone else.

Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and inform us of any changes to the information that you provided when you set up your account.

Belluda reserves the right to refuse access to the website, remove accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we do cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

2. Delivery 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail.  We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 1-3 days providing the order is received before 2PM on a working day.  Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive.

We offer standard delivery to the UK only.  Delivery to the anywhere outside of the UK may attract an additional postage charge.  Please contact us to discuss this before placing any order from outside the UK.

Please note: we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

3. Payments & Prices

All payments are made via PayPal.  Please see www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).  For trade accounts VAT is applicable at the usual rate.

4. Returns

We will refund any item you are not completely satisfied with if you return it to in a saleable condition, with tickets and packaging within 14 days.  

All returns should be made by post to our registered head office (this can be found at the foot of this page).

5. Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights (UK) are not affected by our returns policy.

6. Your Information 

We ask for your name, telephone number(s), home address, email address.  None of this information will be passed to third parties.

Your data will allow us, to fulfill your order, to notify you about important changes.  We may also send you from time to time (by email or post) information about products and services and details of promotions and special offers from Belluda. If you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, we offer a number of methods you can use to inform us about your marketing preferences:

Send an email to our customer services division on info@belluda.co.uk writing "unsubscribe" in the subject heading; or
